Warranty claims go straight to Inmax — partners are not caught in the middle, and end customers can call the hotline themselves.
Counted from the date on the Inmax delivery note. Applies to every model Inmax imports.
A technical fault in the first 30 days gets a new unit, not a repair.
Crushed cartons or cracked units on arrival — report within 7 days and Inmax covers it.
For partners from the Dealer tier upwards.
The process is the same for partners and end customers.
Call 1900 4656 or message on Zalo with the model code and a short description. A few photos speed things up.
Within 24 working hours Inmax says whether the unit is covered and what happens next.
Partners send units in batches; retail customers send to the address Inmax gives. The sender pays freight inbound, Inmax pays it back.
Repaired or replaced, the unit comes back with a slip stating what was done.
Partners buy by the batch, so they get swap rights that retail customers do not.
This is the sharpest difference when selling to clinics, hospitals or corporate buyers.
| Item | Officially imported stock | Grey-market stock |
|---|---|---|
| Who handles the warranty | Inmax, directly — with a hotline and a fixed address | Whoever sold it — and the cover ends when they run out of stock |
| Spare parts | Nozzles, seals and batteries held in stock by Inmax | You hunt for them, and rarely find the right ones |
| Paperwork | VAT invoice, customs declaration, product registration file | Usually none at all |
| Selling to clinics and hospitals | Enough documentation to tender and to be paid | Does not qualify |
