Medical-device grade quality. The factory operates under the ISO 13485 (medical devices) and ISO 9001 management systems — a prerequisite for partners selling into clinics and hospitals.
Cleared for international markets. Compliant with IEC, CE (Europe), UKCA (UK), FCC (USA), PSE (Japan) and KC (South Korea) — useful for partners who intend to re-export.

Three tests before goods leave the factory

Control runs from incoming material inspection (IQC) through to finished goods. One faulty unit reaching a user costs the partner a customer and earns a bad review.

Water pressure test

Checks the jet reaches the stated range — the figure customers complain about most as a unit weakens.

Aging test

Runs continuously to simulate a service life, catching pump and battery decay before the unit ships.

Air-tightness test

Checks seals and joints to stop water ingress — the most common warranty cause in this category.
